I purchased the healthy weight for my 15yr old, Marley, who is a midsize mutt. He has been a hard one to get to eat the last couple years, very picky! He is very mobile still, but has lost some weight and I couldn't get him to eat any more food. Since giving him HW, he has been wanting his meals and finishing them! He even licked the power, which is totally out of character for him. He looks like he has gained some weight and he has SO much energy for a dog his age. He has been on HW for approx 1month so far.

I have been using the weight gain for my senior dog for about a year now. It seemed to take a couple months before I saw improvement, but now he's looking great.
Before, he was losing weight and his ribs were showing. Now, he's beefed up to a better size. He's not huge by any means. No, he just looks trim and healthy now. He's filled out well. His ribs aren't sticking out but he still has a little dip in his hind area behind the ribs.
He looks healthy. He eats well and seems to be in relatively good shape for his age.

Unfortunately my dog refuses to eat this. He will literally walk away from his dish. Disappointing that this isn't more palatable. My dog is lean, food driven, and not overly picky in general
I do a lot of rescues and the majority of the dogs I get in are underweight when I get them I try to keep at least a week's worth of this on hand the only issue I've ever had is with shipping but the company always fixed any problems

The natural weight gainer and topper supplements have been so good, because I made my own dog food and want to make sure I am putting in all the things our doggies need! It’s not that great . My dog won’t even eat it . Yes I followed directions.
I’m sure the weight gainer will be a wonderful product but it was busted open in the mailer bag. I lost about half of it. Didn’t think to take a photo as it was late at night when I opened it.
So packaging gets a 2 star and the product if anything like your others I use will get a 5. So…

I’ve been using healthy weight on my high energy German Shorthair Pointer for about a month and a half and I’ve noticed her beginning to hold a bit more weight around her hips. She’s healthy but so active that her normal food alone wasn’t cutting it. Now if I put down plain food she will walk away until it comes mixed! I’d definitely recommend.
This product does not disappoint. My daughter has a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon that was hard to keep weight on as he is very active and still young. We are seeing such an increase so fast that we are lowering the dosage already!! He loves his toppers and is doing great with the healthy weight!

This is probably a good product, but my dog would almost not touch her food when I used it. Tried it out for a couple weeks and she barely ate. Guess she just doesn’t like it for some reason.
I bought this product as well as the 5in 1, my boy Bails will not eat this. He’s not picky about food, however he just will not eat this weight gaining product.
