8. Inaccessible Documents: Downloadable PDFs or files that are not tagged correctly for accessibility.

9. Non-Responsive Design: Inability to zoom in properly or dysfunction on mobile devices.

10. Using Color Alone for Information: Relying on color (e.g., “required fields are in red”) without text cues for colorblind users.

We’re prioritizing these fixes with completion expected by January 2030.
