If you’re unhappy with any Rogue Pet Science product after using it with your animal, we will issue a refund within 72hours of notification. Once received, every effort will be made to handle the refund the same day.
No need to return or ship back opened product. Please share it with a friend who may have better success with the product or dispose of the product accordingly. Unique situations may occur and will be handled on a case by case issue.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
